VARGA Legal provides comprehensive legal services in connection with the export and import activities of Czech and Slovak trading companies, as well as in connection with the investment activities of clients abroad. We also support and actively seek new investment opportunities in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic for our clients.

International business law is therefore one of the key areas of our legal services. The office negotiates, revises and draws up all types of contracts and agreements, both according to national commercial law and using international standards (eg Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods 1980 - Vienna Convention, FIDIC delivery conditions, INCOTERMS 2000 and INCOTERMS 2010 delivery conditions etc.)

The office supports and creates a legal framework for the creation of local and international distribution networks for clients.
