In the field of public procurement law, VARGA Legal represents tenderers, and we are also able to provide legal services to contracting authorities.

We provide legal services to tenderers consisting mainly in the assessment of qualification and evaluation criteria specified in the tender documentation, preparation of the tender, negotiation of the contract for the performance of the public contract and possibly in questioning the legal regularity of the public tender.

We provide contracting authorities with services consisting in the complete legal assurance of the award of a public contract, starting with the preparation of tender documentation, assistance in the process of awarding a public contract and negotiating a contract for the performance of a public contract with the winning tenderer.
