Environmental law is closely related to the youngest evolutionary, so-called social concept (after the so-called concept of sales and the so-called marketing concept), where the subject of activity of companies must not have a negative impact on the environment.

This issue is related to both renewable energy sources and criminal sanctions.

In this context, waste management is particularly relevant (with regard to the Act on Criminal Liability of Legal Entities) as well as the issue of legal regulation of renewable energy sources (especially photovoltaics). It can be assumed that the importance of environmental law will continue to increase.
